Product Details

The liquid aluminum alloy flows into the distributor of the ingot casting machine and is then uniformly injected into the aluminum ingot molds of the chain-type ingot casting machine via the distributor. The ingot molds subsequently pass through a water tank where they undergo cooling at the bottom, ensuring that the aluminum ingots are fully cooled and solidified. After that, the aluminum ingots are ejected by a pneumatic stripping device. The casted aluminum ingots are then automatically stacked into piles by robotic arms.
